oops, typo error, Jehovah Jireh, not Jehovah Jirah. ah well, it all means God, and God is good-all the time! isn't that comforting? God shall be our fortress and tower of refuge in times of trouble!, 11:07
so we need to urusaii (ie, shut up) , be quiet, and listen. then he showed us this clip. in the clip it was this guy, and he told us that once there was this pastor. and God told him to go up to the mountain to listen for His voice. then there was a huge wind there came, but God wasn't in the wind. then there was a storm, but God wasn't in the storm. and there was a fire, but God wasn't in the fire. then FINALLY there was silence. and God was in the silence. and he said that God is omnipresent, cause he holds the entire universe in his hand. NOTE THE HAND, SINGULAR NOT PLURAL.NOTE THE UNIVERSE, NOT THE EARTH TOO. so God is HUGE, GINORMOUS, ASTRONOMICAL, COLOSSAL, BEHEMOTH, TITANIC, MAJESTIC, GRANDIOSE, AUGUST, BARONIAL, MAGNIFIC... yeah, you get the idea, don't you? need i say more? hope not...:D. so now in my QT with God i speak to God via prayer, then i shut up for a bit and listen, and bask in the presence of God. i haven't heard anything yet, but our God is a wonderfully MIGHTY God so he can do anything he wants, and do anything he deems fit. our God will always find a way for us when we think that there isn't a way. Jehovah Jirah shall always provide for his people...God is wonderful! ;D we should be glad we've got God to get us throuh all hard times., 10:49
i was in the auditorium(audi) of my school, which of course all my friends know is mgs, on friday evening, and as evening stretched to night, i had this thought: wherever you are, worship of our God is all the same, as long as you put your heart into it and dedicate it to God. you can be all by yourself singing at home to a CD, or singing amongst throngs of people in the audi (like i was on friday) to a band with a lead singer with powerful vocals chords, but it's all the same. on friday it was the event love mgs, which is like the event revelations in my church. anyway, there was this speaker, Glenn Lim, who had spoken at my church before. he had brought some of his books, titled 'Wake-up Call'. it was about his life. kind of like his autobiography. i was assigned to sell them. so i sat at this table, which i shared with a lady(ok, teenager)who was giving hearts aflame pamphlets. i'm reading Mr. Lim's book and then suddenly there's this guy's voice right in front of me 'are you helping to sell my books?' so i looked up and there Mr. Lim was. he was a delinquent in his young days, starting by playing truant in primary school. then he moved on to secondary school and he quit in sec 4 to play the rock guitar. his parents were disappointed to see that he quit piano lessons in favour of rock guitar lessons. then he was sent to teen challenge, this christian halfway house or something like that for delinquents, cause his parents said that he was out of control. then he found God there. but when he got out he joined a band, and was playing the guitar. his band was popular at the time, and they moved through many pubs doing gigs, and one day he got introduced to marijuana. and he got arrested for trafficking it in from malaysia. then he went back to teen challenge. and he stayed there until he was sentenced to 6 months in jail, after jail then he went back to teen challenge for 3 years and found God. he said that we are constantly surrounded by noise. noise overrides everything. and very often we always say like where is God i can't hear him. but if we're surrounded by all this noise, how do we hear God's voice? yaaaaaaay!!!!! i'm having trouble changing a skin. i shall go home and do it, cause the school com is damned slow... even with mozilla firefox. i chose a really cute skin on blogskins.com, so all the best to me so that i can change the skin.Friday, June 20, 2008, 09:01
i have two more things to add to my previous list of fears, which only contained one thing until now. and it now reads: lizards. being sick. throwing up. that's all. a pretty short list of you think about it, but it is quite long for me. anyway, the latter two things were sparked by the day before yesterday and yesterday. so i'll leave it to people to guess what happened then. anyway, i'm still debating with myself whether to forgive those three particularly torturous classmates of mine. let's hope the teacher places me on the opposite side of the class from them when she rearranges our seats. today i had tution, and my tutor was explaining to me that a metal shrinks and shrinks and shrinks when cooled. and i asked if it was possible to shrink it until it went pop! and disappeared. he said he didn't know. i have a list of people whom i want to disappear.a list of people who i can't say i like very much. actually, hatred isn't a very nice thing. but to forgive and forget them as the bible requests isn't a piece of cake. it actually is quite difficult. , 21:31
Today I read a book titled 'Sold' by Patricia McCormick.I think I really am very lucky to be in Singapore. here in singapore we girls don't get sent off to work as a maid and help to 补贴家用。 really, i think we're lucky we don't get sent off to a brothel to work if the family's finances are running low. really, quite lucky.i thought so until my mother popped me a question. '你下个星期就要开学乐,你会期待吗?’wah, damn sad. cause my 梦想泡泡 got busted. i've been living in a dream for the holidays cause i don't need to face three particular torturous classmates and two particular teachers. ah well, sooner or later, i'll have to face them all anyway. hope the teacher gave me a good seat in the class when she rearranges the classroom seats next term. all the best to me...:(...My First Blog

I believe that every human is inherently good. Therefore every human should be treated equally. I will henceforth try to treat everyone without bias. Everyone should be free to believe in what they want. If feelings rule our emotions, then why let hate do so? I think that all the chaos in our world results from All the unresolved tension, mistrust and hate we store. I think love is the solution. So don't tell me that you think love is wrong. As long as it's well meaning, and doesn't harm I advocate it. So for that reason I think gay love is right too. I think another source of hate Is misunderstandings and stereotypes. I find it hard to see past people's appearances sometimes. But it doesn't mean that I don't try. I think that if we let go of all All, of our past misconceptions and labels We could finally try to live together, All as members of one human race. Doorways Without Doors
